XC6503D281PR-G CL Capacitor-Less 500mA Low Power Consumption High Speed LDO Regulator

The XC6503 series is a CMOS LDO voltage regulator with an output voltage range of 1.2V~5.0V (0.05V interval) and a maximum output current of 500mA, enabling stable operation even without using a capacitor (CL) with a stable output. Since stable operation is achieved without the need for a capacitor (CL) with a stable output, it is possible to construct a power supply circuit including external components in a very small size. The protection circuit includes a feedback circuit (short-circuit protection that limits the output current and output pins) and an overtemperature protection circuit. XC6503P is a voltage regulator with 3 pins. XC6503D has a CE pin that can input a low level to put the IC in standby state. In addition, when using a capacitor (CL) with a stable output, the charge charge of the CL can be discharged by an internal switch. This discharge function allows the VOUT pin to return to VSS level at high speed.
