XC6505A331MR-G 10.5V operating voltage, 200mA high speed low current consumption LDOVoltage regulator
The XC6505 series achieves a very low current consumption of 5.5μA while having the same level of load transient response as conventional high-speed LDOs. High accuracy, low noise, low dropout CMOS LDO voltage regulator. This IC consists of a voltage reference, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limiting circuit, overtemperature protection circuit, and phase compensation circuit.
As a CE function, entering a low (L) level voltage at the CE pin stops the output of the voltage regulator from becoming a standby state. In addition, products with CL discharge function can discharge the charging charge of the capacitor (CL) used to stabilize the output by using an internal switch between the VOUT pin and the VSS pin, so that the VOUT pin returns to the VSS level at high speed.
The built-in overcurrent protection circuit and overtemperature protection circuit start operation when the output current reaches the limit circuit or the junction temperature reaches the detection temperature.
