XC6505B181MR-G 10.5V Working Voltage, 200mA High Speed Low Consumption Current LDO Voltage Regulator
The XC6505 series products achieve a very low current consumption of 5.5μA and have the same level of load transient response characteristics as previous high-speed LDOs. High-precision, low-noise, low-dropout CMOS LDO voltage regulator. This IC consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a driver transistor, a current limiting circuit, an overheat protection circuit, and a phase compensation circuit.
As a CE function, the low (L) voltage input on the CE pin can stop the output of the voltage regulator from becoming a standby state. In addition, products with a CL discharge function can discharge the charge charge of the capacitor (CL) used for the stable output by using an internal switch between the VOUT and VSS pins, so that the VOUT pin can return to the VSS level at high speed.
The overcurrent protection circuit and overheat protection circuit are built-in, and the protection circuit starts working when the output current reaches the limit circuit or the junction temperature reaches the detection temperature.
