XC6601B151ER-G corresponds to LDO voltage regulators with low input voltage action
The XC6601 series is a high-speed LDO voltage regulator with a built-in N-channel FET that can output 400mA. Even low output voltages can efficiently output current with ultra-low on-impedance. The series is suitable for applications with low input voltages and low input/output voltage differentials.
The XC6601 series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a driver tertiary, a constant current limiting circuit, a FOLD-BACK circuit, an overheat protection circuit (TSD), an undervoltage lockout circuit (UVLO), and a phase compensation circuit.
Through laser fine-tuning technology, the output voltage range is 0.7V~1.8V, and the 0.05V interval is set. Output capacitors (CL) can use capacitors of low ESR types.
When the output current reaches the limit current or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature, the overcurrent protection circuit (FOLD-BACK circuit) and the overtemperature protection circuit (TSD) work to protect the IC.
When the voltage between the VBIAS and VIN terminals is lower than the UVLO voltage, the voltage regulator's output is turned off.
When the CE terminal input is low, the IC enters standby mode, and the current consumption is greatly reduced. At the same time, when entering standby mode, the charge on the output capacitor (CL) can be released through an internal switch between the VOUT terminal and the VSS terminal, allowing the voltage to quickly return to the VSS level.
