The XC6701 series is a voltage regulator with a rated input withstand voltage of 28V, high speed, and low current consumption using CMOS process technology. High ripple suppression and high accuracy are achieved with low current consumption. The ON/OFF function stops the output of the voltage regulator and leaves it in standby, thereby significantly reducing current consumption and extending battery life.
Built-in overcurrent protection circuit and overtemperature protection circuit, when the output current reaches the limit current or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature, it automatically starts to work, which plays the role of protecting the IC.
SOT-25, SOT89-5, USP-6C, TO-252 and other packages can be selected according to the application.
It adopts various sizes of packaging, which can be widely used in portable instruments, household appliances, vehicle navigation systems and other uses.
