XC74UL4066N  CMOS logic circuit

 The XC74 series products are the 74 series of multi-channel single-gate logic circuit ICs in ultra-small packages. By making efficient use of the required number of doors, costs are reduced and installation area is extremely small. The CMOS manufacturing process of the XC74UH series products is characterized by low power consumption, which enables high-speed operation like the LS-TTL. The CMOS manufacturing process of the XC74UL series products enables the same high-speed operation as the LS-TTL, with low power consumption and increased processing speed. Since the voltage above the supply voltage can be applied to the input, it is possible to change the level of the system from 5V to 3V. It can be molded into an ultra-small SSOT25 package.
