The XC74 series is the 74 series' ultra-small package multichannel single-gate logic circuit ICs.
By making efficient use of the number of doors required, costs are reduced and a very small installation area is achieved.
The CMOS manufacturing process of the XC74UH series features low power consumption and enables high-speed operation like LS-TTL.
The CMOS manufacturing process of the XC74UL series enables high-speed operation like LS-TTL, with low power consumption and increased processing speed. Since voltages above the supply voltage can be added to the input, level shifting from 5V to 3V systems is realized. Can be ultra-small molded SSOT25 package.
