The XC9128/XC9129 series is a step-up synchronous DC/DC converter that uses ceramic capacitors, 0.2Ω built-in N-channel driver triodes, and 0.2ΩP-channel synchronous rectifier switch triodes. By reducing the low-on-state open-circuit resistance of the built-in triode, the input current can reach 1.0A. High efficiency and stable driving current are achieved. The input voltage starts at 0.8V when the load is 1kΩ and from 0.9V (when VOUT=3.3V is set) when the load is 33Ω, so it only needs to be used with 1 set of alkaline batteries. With a tuning frequency of up to 1.2MHz, you can choose a small inductor, and you can boost from a low voltage, making it ideal for a wide range of portable products. The built-in reference power supply with an output voltage of 0.45V (±0.01V) and an external resistor can be arbitrarily set in the range of 1.8V~5.3V. Using the mode selection terminal, you can choose PWM control or PWM/PFM automatic switching control, in the case of selecting PWM/PFM automatic switching control, when the load current is low, the PFM control with small tuning loss starts to work; When the load circuit is large, it automatically transitions to PWM control, thus achieving high efficiency over the entire load area. In addition, a circuit that automatically transitions smoothly to PWM control and PFM control is built-in, reducing output ripple throughout the load area
