XC9131H05CDR-GSynchronous rectification boosts DC/DCconverterThe XC9131 Series is a built-in 0.2Ω (TYP.) Nch driver transistor and 0.2Ω (TYP.) Synchronous rectification boost DC/DC converter for PCH synchronous rectifier switching transistors. Reducing the on-resistance of the built-in transistors enables efficient and stable supply of up to 1.0A.
Starting from the input voltage VIN = 0.9V, the output voltage can reach 3.3V when the load is 33Ω impedance start-up. Can be used in equipment using 1 alkaline or NiMH battery.
The load cut-off function cuts off the on-state of the input and output during shutdown.Temperature sensor
A built-in 0.5V (accuracy ±10mV) reference voltage supply allows the output voltage to be set within the range of 1.8V~5.0V using external components. peculiarity
