XC9133B02AMR-G Boost DC/DC Converter - Backlit LED Driver

The XC9133 series is a step-up DC/DC converter chip with a fixed operating frequency and constant output current, which is ideal for driving backlit LEDs in electronic devices such as mobile phones, PDAs, and digital cameras. The output voltage of the XC9133 series can reach 17.5V. When the input voltage is 3.2V, the XC9133 series chips can drive 4 LEDs connected in series. When the input voltage is 2.5V, the XC9133 series chips can drive dual rows of LEDs in parallel, with 3 LEDs in series per row. A PWM-controlled signal is added to the CE pin of the XC9133 series to control the brightness of the LED. The XC9133 series has an operating frequency of up to 1.0MHz and a very low reference voltage, which greatly reduces power consumption and has high efficiency. In addition, the XC9133 series has a power switch tube with an on-resistance of 2.0Ω and uses only a very small ceramic capacitor (0.22uF) as the load capacitor. The XC9133 series also has a built-in fault detection circuit. When the output voltage is too high, by feeding back the low circuit, the power switch tube inside the chip will stop working, which can prevent damage to the LED.
