XC9140A3014R-G boost synchronous rectification PFM controls DC/DC converters

The XC9140 series products are compatible with ceramic capacitors and have a built-in 0.6Ω (TYP.) N-channel drive transistor and 0.65Ω (TYP.) A step-up synchronous rectified DC/DC converter for P-channel synchronous rectifier switch transistors. The PFM control achieves low current consumption, making it the most suitable product for portable machines that value high efficiency. When the output voltage is 3.3V and the load current is 1mA, the input voltage VIN = 0.9V can be started. It can be used for applications where 1 alkaline battery or NiMH battery starts. The output voltage range is between 1.8V~5.0V (±2.0%) and can be set at 0.1V intervals. There is a type (XC9140A) that cuts off the on-state between input and output with a load cut-off function and a type that uses the bypass mode function to turn on between input and output (XC9140C). Products with UVLO input undervoltage lock-out (under development) are also available, which stops the IC from operating when the input voltage is too low to prevent battery liquid from leaking. We have standard products with a UVLO voltage of 2.15V (±3.0%), or customer-ordered products set at 0.1V intervals in the range of 1.65V~2.2V.
