description
ZELDO seriesLow dropout linear regulatorOperates with a very low dropout voltage, typically only 30mV with a load current of 100mA. The voltage regulator series has an output voltage range of 2.7 to 18 volts, and this device provides an output voltage of 3.3 volts. The ZLDO330 consumes a typical quiescent current of only 560 mA and is rated to deliver up to 300mA of load current. A low battery flag is a condition that indicates a potential power failure. If the input voltage drops to a regulated output voltage of 300mV, the error output is pulled low. The device also features high-level disable control. Once deactivated, the quiescent current drops to typically 11 mA. The SM8 Zetex packaged in ZLDO devices is ideal for applications where space savings are important. The device's low dropout voltage, low quiescent current and small size,Low power consumptionand ideal for battery-powered applications. Battery-powered circuits that can enable low battery flagging and shutdown functions for specific uses.
