ZXCL260E5 low-voltage buck regulator/single LDO
description
The ZXCL series has been designed with a mind-space-sensitive system. They are in an ultra-compact SC70-5 package, which is half the size of the successful SOT23 based on regulation. The device can be used with all types of output capacitors, including low ESR ceramics and typical voltage drops, only at a 50mA load of 85mV. With the ground pin at full 150mA, the load current is only 50μA and the supply current is minimized. Devices that are allowed to be turned off typically consume less than 10nA of logical control. These features make the power economy an ideal device for critical battery-powered applications. The ZXCL replacement device for applications with improved performance requirements is also available in an industry-standard pin with a 5-pin SOT23 package. The device features thermal overload and overcurrent protection and outputs of 2.5V, 2.6V, 2.8V, 3V, and 3.3V.
