description
The ZXCL series has been designed with a mind-sensitive system. They are regulated in an ultra-small SC70-5 package, which is half the size of the successful SOT23. The device can be used for all types of output capacitors, including low ESR ceramics and typical voltage drops, only at 85mV at a 50mA load. With the ground pin at a full 150mA load current of only 50μA, the supply current is minimized. Devices that are allowed to be turned off typically consume less than 10nALogic control。 These features make power economy ideal for critical battery-powered applications. The ZXCL replacement device improves performance requirements and is also available in an industry-standard pin and a 5-pin SOT23 package. The device is thermally overload and overcurrent protected with output voltages of 2.5V, 2.6V, 2.8V, 3V, 3.3V.
