    AD7626A 16-bit, 10MSPS, charge redistribution successive approximation (SAR)Analog-to-digital converters(ADC)。 Even when uncalibrated, the SAR architecture can achieve -92dB SNR and -1LSB linearity. The AD7626 integrates a high speed 16-bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, and an internal buffered reference. At the CNV edge, the AD7626 samples the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN- pins. The voltage of these pins swings in the inverting range of 0V~REF. The reference voltage (REF) of 4.096V can be generated internally or provided externally.

    All conversion results can be obtained by a separate LVDS self-clock or echo clock serial interface, reducing external hardware connections.

    The AD7626 is available in a 32-lead LFCSP (5mm x 5mm) package and operates over the -40°C ~ +85°C temperature range.
