The TLE2142 device is high-performance, internally compensated op-amps using built-in complementary bipolar Excalibur Texas Instruments ™ process. This is an industry product that is pin-compatible with upgraded standards.
The design uses an input stage while achieving 10.5 noise in the low audio band.
1 Hz and 10 Hz/f angular symmetric 40-V/μs conversion rates are typically between loading to 800 pF. The resulting low distortion and high power bandwidth are important for high-fidelity audio applications. A fast establishment time of 340 ns to 0.1 10-V step with a 2-K table
Load fast actuators/positioning drivers of /100 – pF are very useful. The settling time under similar test conditions is 0.01% at 400 nanoseconds.
The device is stable with capacitive loads up to 10 nF, although the bandwidth drops to 1.8 MHz at high load levels at 1.8 MHz. Therefore, TLE2142 low vertical sample retainer and direct buffer long cables, including 4-mA to 20 mA current loops are useful.
The special design also exhibits an improved insensitive mismatch of intrinsically integrated circuit components, as evidenced by an offset voltage of 500 μV and a typical drift of up to 1.7 μV/°C. The minimum common-mode rejection ratio and the supply voltage rejection ratio are
85 dB and 90 dB, respectively.
The equipment has a relatively independent supply voltage of ± 2 - V in the ± 22 V range. The input can go back and forth from V CC - 0.3 V to V CC + - 1.8 volts without induced phase reversal, but excessive input current will flow out of range and the input exceeds the low common mode per input. The full NPN output stage provides near-rail to rail output swing
The V CC - +0.1 V to V CC + - 1 V photocurrent load conditions. The device can maintain either power supply due to the internal limit of the output current, but care must be taken to ensure that the maximum package power consumption is not exceeded.
The TLE2142 can also be used as a comparison. The Council's V ± differential input can be maintained without damaging the equipment. Open-loop and TTL supply level propagation delays are typically 200 nanoseconds. This gives a good example of the recommended output swing drive that exceeds the limit when restoring saturated output-level equipment.
The TLE2142 device is available in an industry-standard 8-pin small form factor (quad) package. The unit is characterized by working from -40°C to 125°C
