ADC128D818 Mi 2 Comet ™ system monitor for maximum flexibility in design. The system monitor can be configured for single-ended and/or pseudo-differential inputs. To the board's temperature sensor, watchdog window comparator and an interrupt pin,^ interpretation, allow for simple monitoring and alarming of each channel range. A complete solution that provides a high-performance internal reference even in the most difficult operating conditions.
ADC128D818 12-bit Δ-ΣADC supports both standard mode (SM, 100 kbits/s) and fast mode (FM, 400 kbits/s) 2 C interfaces. ADC128D818 includes a sequencer to control the microprocessor, easily retrieve independent registers, channel conversions, and store conversion results. Closed unused channels can stand alone to save power.
The ADC can use an internal 2.56V reference or an external reference for one variable. An analog filter is provided by a 2C digital control cable, which improves the noise immunity. The device also includes a timeout reset function for SDA and SCL to prevent the I2C bus from locking.
ADC128D818 operates a supply voltage range from 3.0 to +5.5 V, a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and the device is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package.
