This device is a versatile, programmable power management unit (PMU) with a blocked power solution that is optimized. The device integrates two high-efficiency 600 mA step-down DC/DC converters with configurable dynamic voltage voltage amplification (DVS) of 800 mA load via I 2 C, two low-noise analog LDOs, three digital load currents up to 300 mA, two low-input low-output (LILO) regulators and an LDO 2 The C-compatible serial interface allows access to the internal control registers of one main controller. The device also features programmable power supply sequencing. LDO regulators offer high power supply rejection ratios (PSRR) and low noise, making them ideal for powering both analog and digital loads.
The device can be configured as a module Sub_PMU, (e.g., camera/multimedia module), or as a stand-alone PMU with the power processor itself.
