The LM48100Q is a single-supply operated, mono, bridged load with I amplifier 2 C-volume control, ideal for automotive applications. A comprehensive output fault detection system detects load conditions, short-circuit protection devices, and detects open-circuit conditions.
Operating from a single 5V supply, the LM48100Q Flexible power requirements allow operation from 3.0V to 5.5V. The high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 74 dB at 1kHz allows the device to operate in noisy environments without additional power regulation.
The LM48100Q can mix/multiplex the output function of the device with dual audio inputs. Each input channel has its own independent, 32-level volume control. Mixer, volume control and device mode selection control, via I 2 C-compatible interface. Open-drain^ FAULT The output indicates that a fault has occurred. Integrated output short-circuit and thermal overload protection prevents damage to the device under fault conditions.
A low-power shutdown mode reduces supply current consumption to 0.01μA. Advanced click suppression eliminates power-up/down and transient noises heard when off. The LM48100Q is available in a 14-pin TSSOP package
