illustrate
ADC121S101 is a low-power, single-channel 12-bit analog-to-digital converter high-speed serial interface CMOS. ADC121S101 is different from the conventional practice, only a single sample rate specifies the performance and fully meets the specified technical specifications beyond the sample rate range of 500 ksps 1 MSPS 。 The converter is based on successive approximation register structures with internal track and hold circuitry.
The output serial data is binary and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE Serial interface with many common DSPs.
ADC121S101 operation and single supply can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V. The power consumption for +3 V or +5 V power supply is 2.0 MW and 10 MW, respectively. Power-down function reduces power consumption to as low as 2.6 microwatts using a +5 V power supply.
ADC121S101 are packaged in 6-pin LLP and SOT-23 packages. Guaranteed industrial temperature range above -40°C to +125°C.
