AD5301/AD5311/AD5321分别是单通道8/10/12位、缓冲电压输出DAC，采用2.5V至5.5V单电源供电，3V时功耗为120μA。这些器件内置片内输出放大器，能够提供轨到轨输出摆幅，压摆率为0.7 V/μs。所用的双线式(I2C-compatible) serial interface capable of operating at clock rates up to 400 kHz. Multiple devices can share the same bus.

The reference voltage of this DAC is derived from the power input, so it has the widest dynamic output range. Each device contains a power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output powers up to 0V and remains at that level until a valid write operation is performed. It also features a power-down feature that reduces the device's power consumption to 50nA at 3V in power-down mode and provides a software-selectable output load.

In normal operation, these DACs feature low power consumption, making them ideal for portable battery-powered equipment. Power consumption is 0.75 mW at 5 V and 0.36 mW at 3 V, which is reduced to 1 μW in all power-down modes.
