    AD725It is a very low cost general-purpose RGB to NTSC/PALencoderRed, green, and blue component signals can be converted into corresponding luminance (baseband amplitude) and chromaticity (subcarrier amplitude and phase) signals that comply with NTSC or PAL standards. At the same time, the two outputs are combined on-chip to provide a composite video output. All three outputs are available independently and supply twice the standard signal level required to drive a 75 Ω reverse-terminated cable.
