The AD8108/AD8109 are high speed, 8 × 8 video crosspoint switch matrices with –3 dB signal bandwidth greater than 250 MHz and 1% settling time of channel switching less than 25 ns. With crosstalk performance of –83 dB and isolation of –98 dB (5 MHz), both devices are suitable for many high-speed applications. Differential gain and differential phase are better than 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, and 0.1 dB flatness is 60 MHz, making it ideal for switching video signals.
The AD8108/AD8109 are available in an 80-lead LQFP package and operate over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
