This is a low power, ADC08060 8-bit, monolithic analog-to-digital converter circuit with a sample track-and-hold. Optimized for low cost, low power consumption, small size, and ease of use, the product operates with a conversion rate of MSPS MSPS 20 ~ 70 with excellent dynamic performance exceeding its full operating range and when consumed at a clock frequency of just 1.3 MW/MHz. That's just 78 megawatts of power, at 60 MSPS. Raising the PD pin puts the ADC08060 into a power-down mode, which consumes only 100 million watts.

The unique construction reaches 7.5 effective bits at 25 MHz input frequency. The excellent DC and AC characteristics of this device, along with its low power consumption and single + 3V supply operation, make it suitable for many imaging and communication fields, including: the use of portable devices. In addition, the ADC08060 is proven to be resistant to latch-up and output short circuits. The top and bottom ADC08060's reference ladder connections enable the possibility of extensive and substantial knowledge information. The digital outputs are TTL/CMOS compatible with a separate output supply pin to support interactive or 2.5V 3V logic. The output encoding is straight, the binary and digital inputs (CLK and PD) are TTL/CMOS compatible.
