  • Product Details:

    ADP124/ADP125均为低静态电流、Low dropout linear regulator，采用2.3 V至5.5 V输入电压工作，提供最高达500 mA的输出电流。驱动500 mA负载时压差仅为130 mV；低压差特性不仅可提高功效，而且能使器件在较宽的输入电压范围工作。

    With quiescent currents as low as 210 μA at a 500 mA load, the ADP124/ADP125 are ideal for battery-powered, portable devices. The ADP124 is available with 31 fixed output voltages ranging from 1.75 V to 3.3 V. The ADP125 is an adjustable version of the ADP124 that can set the output voltage from 0.8 V to 5.0 V via an external voltage divider. The ADP124/ADP125 are designed to operate reliably with small 1 μF ceramic input and output capacitors for high-performance, space-constrained applications.

    The ADP124/ADP125 feature an internal soft-start feature with a constant start-up time of 350 μs. Short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection circuitry prevent damage to the device under adverse conditions. The ADP124/ADP125 are available in an 8-pin exposed pad MSOP package. Exposed pad MSOP packages have a lower thermal resistance (θJA) compared to standard MSOP packages. With a low thermal resistance package, the ADP124/ADP125 can meet the needs of a wide range of portable applications while maximizing junction temperature gains.
