The ADR43x is an XFET family
Voltage referencewith low noise, high accuracy and low temperature drift. Utilizes Analog Devices' patented temperature drift curvature correction technology and XFET (plus ion implantation
FETstechnology to minimize the nonlinearity of the ADR43x voltage over temperature.
Compared to the embedded Zener reference, the XFET reference operates with lower power consumption (800 μA) and smaller supply headroom (2 V). The embedded Zener reference requires more than 5 V headroom to operate. The ADR43x XFET reference is the only low noise solution suitable for 5 V systems.
The ADR43x family has a source current output of up to 30 mA and a maximum sink capability of 20 mA. It also has an adjustment pin that allows the output voltage to be adjusted in the range of 0.5% without compromising performance.
The ADR43x is available in 8-lead MSOP and narrow SOIC packages. All versions are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
