The REF19x series precision bandgap reference uses a patented circuit for temperature drift curvature correction and laser adjustment of high-stability thin film resistors to achieve extremely low temperature coefficients and high initial accuracy.

The series consists of micropower, low-dropout (LDV) devices that provide a stable output voltage from a power supply that is only 100 mV above the output voltage and consumes less than 45 μA. Sleep mode can be enabled by applying a low TTL or CMOS level to the SLEEP pin. In sleep mode, the output is turned off and the supply current drops further below 15 μA.

The REF19x series of voltage references are rated for the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and the temperature range of −40°C to +125°C for typical performance specifications, making them suitable for automotive and other applications.   

All electrical grade products are available in an 8-pin SOIC package; Only the lowest electrical grade products are available in PDIP and TSSOP packages.
