TPS40060 synchronous buck converter with TPS40061 high voltage, wide input (10 V to 55 V).

The devices are designed to provide user-programmable features including flexibility, soft-start, undervoltage lockout, operating frequency, voltage feed-forward, high-side current limit, and loop compensation. These devices can also be synchronized to an external power source.

MOSFETs TPS40060 gate drivers for MOSFETs with TPS40061 integration of external P-channel high-side and N-channel synchronous rectification (SR) MOSFETs. Drive logic gate reversal circuitry is used to prevent cross-conduction synchronous high-side and synchronous rectifier conduction.
