74AUP1G126GW brand new original imported a large number of spot, special supply
The 74AUP1G126 provides a single non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state output. The 3-state output is controlled by an output enable input (OE). A low level at pin OE causes the output to be in a high-impedance off state. The device features input disable, which allows floating input signals. When the output enable input OE is high, the input is disabled.
Schmitt trigger action at all inputs allows the circuit to tolerate the entire 0.8 V to 3.6 V VCCSlower input rise and fall times in the range. The device ensures the entire 0.8 V to 3.6 V rangeCCExtremely low static and dynamic power consumption in the range.
The device is perfectly suited for use with IOFFof local power-down applications. IOFFThe circuit disables the output, preventing destructive backflow current through the device in the event of a power-down.
