The AD5512A/AD5542A are single, 12-/16-bit, serial input, unbuffered voltage outputs
Digital-to-analog converters(DAC) from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The DAC output range is 0 V to VREF, guaranteed monotonicity, provides 1 LSB INL accuracy (16 bits) without adjustment, and is specified over the −40°C to +85°C (AD5542A) or −40°C to +125°C (AD5512A) temperature range.
The AD5512A/AD5542A provide unbuffered outputs with 1 μs settling time and low offset error, making them ideal for high speed open-loop control applications.
The AD5512A/AD5542A operate bipolarly and generate ±VREFOutput swing. They also include a Kelvin sense connection for the reference voltage to the analog ground pin to reduce layout sensitivity.
The AD5512A/AD5542A are available in 16-lead LFCSP packages, and the AD5542A is available in 10-lead LFCSP and 16-lead TSSOP packages. THE AD5512A/AD5542A FEATURE A VERSATILE 3-WIRE INTERFACE AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH 50 UMHz spi, qspi,™ microwire™, dsp interface standards.
