AD7440BRM-REEL7 differential input, 1 MSPS, 12-bit ADC (AD7450A), and 10-bit ADC (AD7440)
The AD7450A/AD7440 are 12-bit and 10-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation (SAR) modulus, respectivelyconverter(ADC) with fully differential analog inputs and operates from a single 3 V or 5 V supply with throughput up to 1 MSPS.
These devices contain a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential track-and-hold (T/H) amplifier that can handle input frequencies above 1 MHz with a -3dB bandwidth typical of 20 MHz. The external reference voltage is input via the VREF pin and can vary from 100 mV to 3.5 V, depending on the supply and application. The reference voltage value determines the common-mode voltage range of the device. This true differential input structure and variable reference input allow the user to select a variety of input ranges and bias points.
