The AD9776A/AD9778A/AD9779A are dual, 12-/14-/16-bit, with wide dynamic rangeDigital-to-analog converters(DAC) that provides a 1 GSPS sample rate that allows multicarrier generation up to the Nyquist frequency. These digital-to-analog converters have been optimized for direct conversion transmission applications, including normal and delete digital complex modulation, gain and offset compensation. The digital-to-analog converter outputs are optimized to interface seamlessly with analog quadrature modulators such as Analog Devices' ADL537x FMOD family. The serial peripheral interface (SPI) provides programmability/readback for many internal parameters. The full-scale output current can be set in the range of 10 mA~30 mA. These analog-to-digital converters are fabricated using an advanced 0.18 μm CMOS process with an operating voltage range of 1.8 V~3.3 V and a total power consumption of 1.0 W. They are available in a 100-pin thin flat four-sided package (TQFP)
