Product details

The ADP3050 is a current mode monolithic pieceStep-down PWM switching rectifier, including a high current 1A switch and all control, logic and protection functions. The device uses a unique compensation scheme that allows the use of any type of output capacitor (tantalum, ceramic, electrolyte, OS-CON). Unlike other buck rectifiers, this design is not limited to using specific types of output capacitors or ESR values.
