ADR380and ADR381 are 2.048 V and 2.500 V precision bandgap, respectively
Voltage reference, with high precision, high stability, low power consumption and small size. Using patented temperature drift curvature correction technology, the nonlinearity of voltage as a function of temperature can be minimized. The wide supply voltage range and low power consumption make these devices ideal for 3 V to 5 V battery-powered applications.
Both the ADR380 and ADR381 are micropower, low dropout (LDV) devices that provide a regulated output voltage from a supply that is only 300 mV above the output voltage. Both devices are specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and are available in a small 3-pin SOT-23 package.
