ADR42The X Series is an ultra-precision, second-generation applied ion implantation FET (XFET)
Voltage referenceIt features low noise, high accuracy, and excellent long-term stability in SOIC and MSOP packages.
Using patented temperature drift curvature correction and XFET technology, the nonlinearity of voltage with temperature can be minimized. The XFET architecture provides excellent accuracy and thermal hysteresis for bandgap references. It also operates with lower power consumption and less power margin than embedded Zener diode references.
The ADR42x's excellent noise performance, stability, and accuracy make it ideal for precision conversion applications such as fiber optic networks and medical equipment. It can also use its adjustment pin to adjust the output voltage within ±0.5%, leaving other performance unaffected. The ADR42x family is available in two electrical grades with a specified temperature range of −40°C to +125°C over the extended industrial temperature range and is available in an 8-lead SOIC package or an 8-lead MSOP package (the latter being 30% smaller).
