    ADR512It is a low voltage (1.200 V), precision, shunt modeVoltage referenceDesigned for space-constrained applications in an ultra-compact (3 mm × 3 mm) SOT-23 package. It features low temperature drift (60 ppm/°C), high accuracy (±0.30%), and ultralow noise (4 μV p-p) performance.

    The ADR512 features an advanced design that requires no external capacitors and is stable with any capacitive load. The operating current range is less than 100 μA to 10 mA. The low operating current and ease of use of this reference make it ideal for handheld, battery-powered applications.

    The ADR512 also provides a TRIM pin that adjusts the output voltage from ±0.5% without affecting the temperature coefficient of the device. This feature gives the user the flexibility to eliminate any systematic errors.
