illustrate
The LM26003 switching regulator is a standby mode designed for high efficiency applications. The device features a low-current sleep mode to maintain light load conditions and a current mode to accurately regulate control efficiency over a wide input voltage range. Quiescent current is reduced to a typical shutdown mode of 10.8μA and less than 40μA of sleep mode. Forced PWM mode can also be used to disable sleep mode.
The LM26003 can provide up to a fixed continuous load current limit current through the built-in N-channel switch, 3A bar. The device has a wide input voltage range of 4.0V to 38V and can operate with input voltages as low as 3V transients.
The operating frequency is adjustable from 150 kHz to 500 kHz and a resistor, and can be synchronized to an external clock.
Other features include a good power supply, adjustable soft-start, enable pin, input undervoltage protection, and an internal bootstrap diode to reduce component count.
