illustrate
The LM26003 switching regulator is a standby mode designed for high efficiency requirements. The device features a low-current sleep mode to maintain light load conditions and a current mode to precisely regulate control efficiency over a wide input voltage range. Quiescent current reduced to 10.8μA in typical shutdown mode and less than 40μA in sleep mode. Forced PWM mode can also be used to disable sleep mode.
The LM26003 provides up to a fixed continuous load current limit current through a built-in N-channel switch, 3A strip. The device has a wide input voltage range of 4.0V to 38V and can operate at input voltages as low as 3V voltage transients.
The operating frequency is adjustable, from 150 kHz to 500 kHz and a resistor, and can be synchronized to an external clock.
Other features include a good power supply, adjustable soft-start, enable pins, input undervoltage protection, and a built-in bootstrap diode to reduce the number of components.
