illustrate
The LMH6611 (single shutdown) and LMH6612 (dual) are 345 MHz rail-to-rail output amplifiers that consume only 3.2 mA of quiescent current per channel and are power-conscious single-supply system designs that deliver high performance. The LMH6611 and LMH6612 are precision trimmed for video, high test and measurement accuracy, and communication applications that require low noise and low distortion performance for input offset voltages. The LMH6611 and LMH6612 are members of the PowerWise family with excellent power-to-performance ratios.
The 103 dB LMH6611 and LMH6612 with trimmed input offset voltages of 0.022 mV meet the requirements of DC-sensitive, high-speed applications such as low-pass filtering on baseband I and Q radio channels and high open-loop gain. Combine these specifications with a settling time of 0.01%. is 100 ns Low noise, 10 NV / SFDR better than 102 dBc at 100 kHz makes these amplifiers particularly suitable for driving 10-, 12- and 14-bit high-speed ADCs. 0.1 dB bandwidth at 45 MHz (AV = 2) Drive to 150 Ω2 VPPAllows the amplifier to be used as an output driver in 1080i and 720p HDTV applications.
The input common-mode range extends below the negative rail to 1.2V from the positive rail from 200 mV. Operating on a single 5V supply, the output swings with a ground-terminated 150Ω load at 49 millivolts at ground, while the mid-rail terminates a 1kΩ load swing, either railway's 77 millivolts.
The amplifier operates from a single 2.7V to 11V supply or ± 1.35V ± 5.5V split supply. The LMH6611 is singled out on the 6-pin TSOT23 and has a separate active low disable pin, which reduces the supply current to 120μA. The LMH6612 is an 8-pin SOIC. LMH6611 and LMH6612 are available -40°C to +125°C Extended industrial-grade temperatures.
