® The LT 1019 is the third generation of bandgap voltage references that utilize thin-film technology to greatly improve curvature correction technology. The combination of wafer-stage reference and output voltage regulation produces very low TC and tight initial output voltage tolerances.

The LT1019 can receive and source up to 10mA and can be used in series or parallel mode to enable positive or negative output voltages to be referenced without the need for external components. The minimum input/output voltage is less than 1V in this series' mode, providing improved low line conditions and excellent line tolerance.

The LT1019 is available in four voltages: 2.5V, 4.5V, 5V, and 10V. This is a drop-in replacement for most existing bandgap benchmarks, including the AD580, AD581, REF-01, REF-02, MC1400, MC1404, and LM168.
