LT®The 1019 is a third-generation bandgap voltage reference that utilizes thin-film technology to greatly improve curvature correction technology. The combination of wafer-level reference and output voltage regulation results in very low TC and tight initial output voltage tolerances.
The LT1019 can be receiver and source up to 10mA and can be used in series or parallel mode, allowing the reference positive or negative output voltage to be used without the need for external components. The minimum input/output voltage is less than 1V in this series mode, providing improved low line conditions and excellent line tolerance.
The LT1019 is available in four voltages: 2.5V, 4.5V, 5V and 10V. This is a drop-in replacement for most existing bandgap references, including the AD580, AD581, REF-01, REF-02, MC1400, MC1404, and LM168.
