LTC®1443 / LTC1444 / LTC1445 is an ultra-low-power four-channel comparator with a built-in voltage reference. These comparators have: The power supply current(Over the entire temperature range), an internal benchmark(LTC1443for1.182V±1%whereasLTC1444 / LTC1445Then it is1.221V±1%), programmable lag(LTC1444 / LTC1445)and those that can absorb and supply currentTTL / CMOSoutput(LTC1443 / LTC1445aboutLTC1444It is an open drain output)。 The reference output drives a GoGo0.01μFbypass capacitors without oscillation.
Comparator adopted2Vreach11Vof a single operating power supply or±1Vreach±5.5VThe dual working power supply(LTC1443)。 Comparator hysteresis can be easily adopted with two resistors andHYSTpins(LTC1444 / LTC1445)Set it up. Each comparator input operates from negative to positive power1.3VWithin.LTC1443 / LTC1445The comparator output stage is capable of continuously supplying up to40mAcurrent. Power interference is cleared by eliminating cross-conducted currents common when comparators change logic states.
