XC9503B093AR-G dual channel step-down DC/DC controller
The XC9502 series is a PWM control, PWM/PFM automatic switching control, general-purpose, dual-channel boost/buck DC/DC conversion controller IC. Through the internal 0.9V (±2%) standard reference voltage, using external devices, the output 1 voltage (boost controller) can be freely set in the range of 1.5V~30V; The output 2 voltage (buck controller) can be freely set in the range of 0.9V~6.0V. Switching frequencies up to 180kHz allow the use of small peripheral components. Customer-specific products with 300kHz and 500kHz switching frequencies are also available.
The control mode of the XC9502 series can be selected between PWM control and PWM/PFM automatic switching control by an external signal. When automatic switching control is selected, it can be automatically switched from PWM to PFM at light loads, thus achieving high efficiency over the entire load range.
In fixed-frequency PWM mode, output noise can be easily reduced. The XC9502 series offers a choice of control modes to suit the application. The soft-start time is internally set to 10 ms (output 1) to prevent inrush currents and overshoot voltages when the power is turned on.
