  • Product Details:

    ADP5030 two high-performance low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators, a low-on-resistance (RDSON) load switch, and level-shift logic are available in a small 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm, 16-pin WLCSP package to meet demanding performance and board space requirements.

    ADP5030 LDO's low quiescent current, low dropout, and wide input voltage range extend battery life in portable devices. At operating frequencies up to 100 kHz, ADP5030 LDO maintains power supply rejection performance above 60 dB with a low voltage margin required.

    For LDO2 and load switches, the ADP5030 can be configured in two different activation modes; These modes are selected by a dedicated pin (MSEL).
