Product Details:

ADR380和ADR381分别是2.048 V和2.500 V精密带隙Voltage reference，具有高精度、高稳定性、低功耗和小尺寸特性。利用温度漂移曲率校正专利技术，可以使电压随温度变化的非线性度降至最小。宽电源电压范围和低功耗特性，使这些器件非常适合3 V至5 V电池供电应用。

Both the ADR380 and ADR381 are low-power, low-dropout (LDV) devices that provide a stable output voltage from a power supply that is only 300 mV above the output voltage. Both devices are rated for an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and are available in a small 3-pin SOT-23 package.
