AD5695R
nanoDAC+
TMIt is a quad, 14-bit, rail-to-rail, voltage output DAC. The device includes a 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference (enabled by default) and gain select pin, and a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2).
It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, is designed to be monotonic, and has gain error of less than 0.1% FSR and offset error performance of 1.5 mV. The device is available in 3 mm x 3 mm LFCSP and TSSOP packages.
The AD5695R also contains a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC output powers up to zero scale or midscale and remains at that level until a valid write operation is performed. In addition, all devices feature independent power-down for each channel, reducing the device's power consumption to 4 uA at 3 V in power-down mode.
The AD5695R uses an I2C interface that operates at clock rates up to 400 kHz and includes VLOGIC pins for 1.8 V/3 V/5 V logic.
