Internal power-on reset circuitry ensures that the DAC registers are written to zero scale when they are powered up, while the internal output buffers are configured for normal mode. The AD5693R/AD5692R/AD5691R/AD5693 feature a shutdown mode that reduces device power consumption to 2 μA maximum at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads.
The AD5693R/AD5692R/AD5691R/AD5693 are available in I2C interface. Some device options also offer asynchronyRESET Pin and VLOGICPin, 1.8V compatible.
