AD7655ASTZ Low Cost, 4-Channel, 1 MSPS 16-Bit PulSAR® ADC The AD7655 is a low cost, 4-channel, 16-bit, charge redistribution SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 5 V supply. The device contains two low noise, wide bandwidth, simultaneous sample-and-hold amplifiers, a 1 MSPS 16-bit high speed sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuitry, and serial and parallel system interfaces.
Each track-and-hold amplifier includes a multiplexer to multiplex the four inputs to the ADC.
The device has two sampling modes: a very high sample rate mode (normal mode); One is a low-power mode (pulse mode), which is suitable for low-power applications where power consumption is proportional to throughput. The device is available in a 48-lead LQFP or 48-lead LFCSP package and operates over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range.
