The AD8030 is a dual core, rail-to-rail input and outputHigh speed amplifierThe quiescent current per amplifier is only 1.3 mA. Despite low power consumption, the amplifier offers excellent performance with a small signal bandwidth of 125 MHz and a slew rate of 60 V/μs. The use of Analog Devices' XFCB process enables the device to achieve high speed, high performance, and low power.
The amplifier operates from a single supply with rail-to-rail inputs and outputs and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V. The input voltage range can exceed each rail by 200 mV without inverting. The output dynamic range can be extended to within 40 mV of each rail.
The AD8030 provides excellent signal quality with very low power consumption. At G = +1, spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) is -72dBc (1MHz) with a 0.1% settling time of only 80 ns. Low distortion and fast settling make this amplifier suitable as a driver for single-supply analog-to-digital converters.
Flexible features allow users to use the amplifier over a wide voltage range while consuming less than 6.5 mW. Whether used in battery-powered systems with high bandwidth requirements or in high-speed systems with high device density and low power consumption, these features help extend system operating time.
The AD8030 is the only high speed amplifier available in the SOT23 and SC70 miniature packages with low power, rail-to-rail inputs and outputs specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
