The ADG5212/ADG5213 contain four independent single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches. The on-condition of the ADG5212 switch is that the relevant control input is logic 1. The ADG5213 has two switches with digital control logic similar to the ADG5212, while the other two switches have opposite control logic. When on, the switches conduct electricity equally in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the supply voltage range. Under the disconnection condition, the signal level equal to the supply voltage is blocked.
The ADG5212 and ADG5213 do not have VL pins. The digital inputs are compatible with the 3 V logic inputs over the entire operating voltage range.
The ultra-low capacitance and charge injection characteristics of these switches make them an ideal solution for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications that require low surge and fast settling times. The high switching speed and high signal bandwidth make these devices suitable for video signal switching applications.

Product Focus
- Channel isolation prevents latch-up.
The dielectric channel separates the P-channel from the N-channel transistor, ensuring that latch-up does not occur even under severe overvoltage conditions.
- Ultra-low capacitance with charge injection of less than 1 pC.
- Dual-supply operation.
For bipolar analog signal applications,ADG5212The /ADG5213 can operate from dual supplies up to ±22 V.
- Single-supply operation.
For unipolar analog signal applications, ADG5212/ADG5213It can be operated from a single-rail supply up to 40 V.
- 3 V logic compatible with digital inputs.
VINH = 2.0 V, VINL = 0.8 V。
- No VL No VL logic supply is required.
