ADM7154is a linear regulator that operates from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply with a maximum output current of 600 mA. The device uses an advanced proprietary architecture that provides high power supply rejection and ultralow noise to achieve excellent line and load transient response with only a 10 μF ceramic output capacitor.
The ADM7154 is available in 16 standard output voltages. The following voltage versions are available from stock: 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V. On special request, the following voltage versions are also available: 1.3 V, 1.5 V, 1.6 V, 2.0 V, 2.2 V, 2.6 V, 2.7 V, 2.9 V, 3.1 V, and 3.2 V.
ADM7154 regulatorTypical output noise is 0.9 μV rms (100 Hz to 100 kHz, fixed output voltage) and a noise spectral density of 1.5 nV/√Hz from 10 kHz to 1 MHz. Available in 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and 8-lead SOIC packages, the ADM7154 is not only very compact, but also has excellent thermal performance for low-profile, small applications requiring maximum output current of 600 mA.
