The ADR121/ADR125/ADR127 belong to a series of low-power, high-precision, series-mode, bandgap voltage references with current draw and source current capabilities. These devices offer high accuracy and low power consumption in a small package. The ADR12x uses a patented design technology for temperature drift curvature correction, which minimizes the nonlinearity of the output voltage-temperature characteristic curve.
The ADR12x is a low dropout (LDO) reference that provides a stable output voltage at an input voltage of 300 mV (ADR121/ADR125) or 1.45 V (ADR127) above the nominal output voltage. This low dropout performance, along with a low operating current of 85 μA, makes the ADR12x ideal for battery-powered applications.
The ADR121/ADR125/ADR127 have an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and are available in a small TSOT (UJ-6) package.
