ADR121The /ADR125/ADR127 is micropower, high accuracy, series mode, bandgapReference voltageSource series with sink and source capability These devices feature high accuracy and low power consumption in small packages. The ADR12x uses a patented temperature drift curvature correction technique to minimize nonlinearity of the output voltage vs. temperature characteristic curve.
The ADR12x is a low dropout (LDO) reference that provides a regulated output voltage that requires only 300 mV (ADR121/ADR125) or 1.45 V (ADR127) above the nominal output voltage. This low dropout performance, combined with a low operating current of 85 μA, makes the ADR12x ideal for battery-powered applications.
The ADR121/ADR125/ADR127 operate over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and are available in a small TSOT (UJ-6) package.
